Streetsboro Captain's Council Wins 2025 Celebrate Portage Youth Initiative Award

Congratulations to our Captain's Council program, which was awarded the 2025 Celebrate Portage Youth Initiative Award. The Captain's Council has been conducting community service projects for the past 14 years, and the council is made up of current sports teams' captains at Streetsboro High School. Representing Streetsboro at the awards dinner were Athletic Department Administrative Assistant, Jon Hannan and sports team captains, Bri Hushion and Marcus Peters.
